NLP
This stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Essentially, a host of different techniques, which are mainly language based, that can create new pathways in the brain. Thus, allowing you to eliminate old destructive habits and ways of thinking. This means you can put in place more productive and useful ways to deal with the challenges that you have. One of the benefits of NLP is the speed in which it works – a very effective way of dealing with a host of problems.


Time Line Therapy
This was created by Tad James and is a fantastic resource for ridding people of their negative emotions, limiting beliefs about themselves and more.
The easiest way to understand is that it cleans up the gestalt. In this context the Gestalt is a collection of memories around a certain subject. So this is what happens if you haven’t let you go anger from the past. Someone cuts you up on the roundabout and straight away your unconscious mind remembers the all of the events in the past that have made you angry which amplifies the feeling, causing you to respond in an inappropriate way.


Hypnosis
A technique that allows us to talk to the subconscious part of the mind, in a safe and gentle way, by-passing the critical faculty. This is very relaxing and a great way to achieve lasting change.
