These can be delivered live to your employees homes or workplace via Zoom, with all the content, exercises, tips and techniques that are normally included in a face to face workshop. Part 1 - The Essentials 1 hour workshop
A one hour workshop on building resilience and proactively preventing and dealing with stress, whatever the reason, for example work, noisy neighbours, financial worries, health concerns...
The workshop delivered into your teams homes and places of work via Zoom is highly interactive, with attendees learning Mindfulness and NLP techniques and more, which they can use at work and at home.
Also, all attendees are supplied with comprehensive notes and provided with audio tracks of some of the exercises (as well as a special one hour long hypnotherapy stress track) so they can practice whenever they feel the need.

Following on naturally from part 1, this one hour workshop gives the attendees further techniques, tips and exercises for identifying, preventing and managing stress as well as building resilience.
This workshop is also highly interactive, with the attendees learning more Mindfulness and NLP techniques which they can use at work and at home to add to the material learnt in part 1 (the essentials), ensuring they have everything they need to proactively manage stress and build resilience. Comprehensive notes and audio tracks included.
